Caller wants his ex-girlfriend removed/she is outside with her little girl knocking on the window/caller is home alone/he can't shut the window, it is broken.

Caller from Stout School advised an 8-year-old student is saying there was no electricity and possibly no running water. Officer advised a male and his wife are the only ones who live there and they would try to get a phone number for the mom.
