On Saturday, November 13, from 8 AM to noon, Literacy Link – Leamos will have a yard sale at 19 Tanglewood Circle in the Copper Ridge area of Indian Hills about 2.5 miles north on Little Walnut Road. Many, many items have been collected for the sale. The sale is a fund raiser for Literacy Link – Leamos, a non-profit organization that offers free tutoring to adults and children, to prepare for a GED or citizenship, or for any other goal. LLL also gives 23,000 new, age-appropriate books annually to elementary school children in Grant County.

A most exciting item that will be there for sale on Saturday is a catamaran sailboat– an AMF Trac18 – on its trailer (pictured here). The buyer will be required to take the boat away that morning. Make an offer, priced to sell!

Literacy Link – Leamos (LLL) is based in the Public Library of Silver City. Because the Program Director has retired, LLL is seeking a new Program Director. This part time employee would be responsible for managing the tutoring activities of the organization. To learn more about Literacy Link – Leamos, come to the yard sale on Saturday.
