Albuquerque – Less than a week after visiting New Mexico to campaign for Governor Lujan Grisham, President Joe Biden now says he supports "no more drilling" for oil. Biden's latest comments also came less than a day after he called for American energy workers to produce more oil. So far, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has not responded to Biden's comments.

"Joe Biden is saying he wants to further dismantle the biggest industry funding the state and Michelle Lujan Grisham is pathetically silent," said Larry Behrens, Communications Director for Power The Future. "Just last week, Biden and Lujan Grisham were all smiles for a photo-op but now when he promises to end our most critical industry, Michelle Lujan Grisham expects she'll just get a pass. It's time for our Governor to choose: Does she stand with New Mexico, or does she stand with Joe Biden?"
