REQUEST FOR AUDIT PROPOSALS

 The City of Bayard is requesting sealed proposals for Audit Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the Procurement Code and 2 NMAS 2.2 of the State Auditor's Rules and Regulations and OMB Circular A133. Proposals shall be submitted for a three year term. Contracts will be individually contracted per fiscal year.

Proposals shall include the Bayard Housing Authority operations as a component unit within the City's Audit Report. All proposals are subject to conflict of interest conditions and are prohibited from offering of bribes, gratuities, or similar attempts to secure selections. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked for selection procedure.

Sealed proposals will be accepted until Wednesday, April 25, 2018 by 4:30 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, PO Box 728, Bayard, NM 88023. Proposals must be clearly marked as "Audit Proposal". Prospective offerors are advised that IPA's must be willing to sign the standard contract form or their proposal will be considered unresponsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City of Bayard.
