Legal Notices
The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene in a Special Meeting on Wednesday January 21, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Special Meeting will take place in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center located at 1313 E. 32nd Street. The Board of Trustees will immediately enter into a closed Executive Session to discuss the FY 2025 Final Report and Financial Statements. The Board will reconvene in open session to approve the agenda items pursuant to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) Strategic & Long Range Business Planning.
