LEGAL NOTICE
The Bayard City Council will conduct a Closed Executive Session on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., with a combination of attendance of Council members in person and/or virtual attendance via Zoom. The Closed Session will be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-7) pertaining to threatened or pending litigation. The meeting is not open to the public.
The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.
The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on June 28, 2021.

Summary: This position is appointed by and reports to the Board of County Commissioners. Under broad policy guidance and direction of the Board of County Commissioners, the County Manager is responsible for the administration and operational services of County government, including general supervision of a County workforce of about 180 and an annual budget of about $26 million. The County Manager ensures that all departmental activities are in compliance with Grant County goals and objectives, state and federal laws, and County policies and procedures.

QUORUM NOTICE
A quorum of the Grant County Board of Commissioners may attend "Music in the Park" on Friday June 25, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The event will take place at Viola Stone Park in Santa Clara. This is not a formal meeting of the Grant County Commission and no action will be taken.

WORK SESSION MEETING – June 22, 2021
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Work Session Meeting on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for the Work Session Meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov. While Grant County remains in the Turquoise Covid-19 restrictions set forth by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, the public will be able to join the meeting in person on a limited basis. The latest Public Health Order no longer requires masks or social distancing for fully vaccinated individuals; however, the County still encourages individuals to take precautionary measures during the meeting. The meeting will be livestreamed on the County Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM/ and available later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov.

LEGAL NOTICE

A quorum of the Town of Silver City Council may attend the PNM- Power Partner Event on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at approximately 11am through Noon via a ZOOM remote meeting application.  The purpose of the meeting will be to reconnect and discuss how PNM is evolving to support a brighter future for this state and generations of New Mexicans. No action will be taken.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Mayor of the Town of Silver City is accepting applications to fill one (1) volunteer builder position on the HISTORIC DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE. The open position is for a building contractor member and must have experience in the modification or restoration of historic structures.

The Historic Design Review Committee's main responsibilities include designating structures as Silver City Landmark Structures and consulting with owners of designated Landmark Structures to determine if proposed internal or external modifications will compromise the historical character of the structure. The Committee reviews building permits submitted for any structure in the four historic districts to determine compliance with the design standards of the Historic Overlay District. Applicants must have a demonstrated interest in historic preservation. Terms are for two years.
