The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene in a Special Meeting on Wednesday June 11, 2025, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Special Meeting will take place in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center located at 1313 E. 32nd Street. The Board of Trustees will have a public session to review the Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP). Immediately thereafter, the Board of Trustees will enter into a closed Executive Session to discuss the Medical Staff Credentialing Report and strategic long range business planning. The ICIP is a planning tool used to establish priorities for anticipated capital projects in Grant County. It encourages local governments to plan for infrastructure development to avoid emergency situations and ensure sustainable growth. The ICIP process is coordinated statewide by the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, which strongly encourages all jurisdictions to prepare a five-year plan for capital improvements.
