The Council of the Town of Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt an amendment to the Town of Silver City Code of Ordinances. This notice is hereby given the title as follows:

The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Community Center at 302 Carrasco Avenue in Hurley, New Mexico. NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. O-21-05
GRANT COUNTY, NEW MEXICO
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners, constituting the governing body of the Grant County, New Mexico will consider the adoption of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") entitled: ORDINANCE NO. O-21-05: AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE GRANT COUNTY REDISTRICTING PLAN, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-04 TO REASSIGN PRECINCTS ACCORDING TO THE FIVE COMMISSION DISTRICTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2020 U.S. CENSUS AND ACCORDING TO NMSA 1978, SECTION 4-38-3. The purpose of the ordinance is to comply with statutory redistricting requirements following the decennial census.
The Ordinance will be adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Commission on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., following the opportunity for public input in the Commissioners' Chambers in the Grant County Administration Building, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico, in the County, being the regular meeting place of the Board.
The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session at 1:30 p.m. and a Special Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 at the Bayard Community Center. Attendance of City Council members may be in person or virtually via Zoom. Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters established on the agenda from the cancelled meeting of November 22, 2021. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com. A Closed Session will be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters.
The public is invited to attend. Online Public Information Workshop – December 15, 2021
The Grant County Airport (SVC) Action Plan Study has an upcoming Online Public Information Workshop on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 6:00PM.
As part of the Grant County Airport Action Plan Study, an online public information workshop will be held to review various airport development alternatives under consideration. The workshop will begin with a presentation followed by questions and comments from the community. The Planning Advisory Committee's recommendations for future airport development will also be presented to the public. Upon request, a copy of the presentation materials can be emailed beginning December 1.
