LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Bayard will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall. Items on the agenda relate to the authorization to place a 1993 mobile home on property owned by Carlos and Bernice Pacheco and various permits associated with such mobile home installation. A copy of the Agenda in its entirety may be obtained at the City Hall Administrative Office. Final action may be taken on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
