LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Silver City Council will hold a regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: July 9, 2019 Regular Meeting
Unfinished Business – Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance No. 1282: an amending Chapter 22, Article II (smoking in public places) of the Municipal Code of the Town of Silver City, NM. New Business –
A. Approval / Disapproval of a Reimbursement Agreement for the Library Solar Project.

B. Approval/DisapprovalofNoticeofIntentOrdinanceNo.1283:anOrdinanceamending
Chapter 40 (Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials), Section 40-47 (b) (2) (c.) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Town of Silver City.
C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-26: a Resolution authorizing the execution of
a contract between the Town and Universal Waste Systems, LLC., for the collection,
transport, and disposal of solid waste and recyclables.
D. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-22: a Resolution amending the approved and
adopted budget for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, and for Municipal Purpose in the Town of Silver City, New Mexico, transferring and appropriating funds thereof.
E. Approval/DisapprovalofResolutionNo.2019-23:FinalQuarterFinancialReportYear Ending June 30, 2019.
F. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-24: approval and adoption of the Budget for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
G. Approval / Disapproval of the Selection of a Voting Delegate and Alternate to vote at the
New Mexico Municipal League’s Annual Conference.
