LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Bayard City Hall. Items on the agenda relate to approval of the 2020 Colonias Project Application and supporting Resolution.
