The City of Bayard will be holding a Budget Work Session on Monday, May 11, 2020 to review the 2021 Fiscal Year Budget. The public meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. by virtual attendance via Zoom. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency declared by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the limits on the number of persons gathering, except for essential functions, the meeting will be a virtual public meeting open to the public. The public can participate in the virtual meeting by the use of Zoom with registration by May 10, 2020. The public may register at https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_H0erAp1ERdaKe6uTT6anEQ. It may be viewed live on the City's Facebook Account https://www.facebook.com/bayardnewmexico/ or later as a recording on the on the City's website at www.cityofbayardnm.com . Public input will also be received via email and comments must be submitted prior to the meeting.
