1. "Review Second Amendment to Boulder Street Subdivision, Robert Young, applicant, to extend East Street south of the intersection with Miller Street and Boulder Street, for approximately115 feet (width approximately 38.83 feet), as a public way for public use, and further to accept the responsibility for the construction and maintenance of said extension roadway. The Board of Trustees approved this subdivision, which was recorded with the Grant County Clerk on May 17, 2016, in Plat Book 7 at Page 1299. "
