LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. and Regular Council Meeting at 2:00 p.m., with a combination of attendance of Council members in person and by virtual attendance via Zoom. The Closed Session will be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2 and H-8) for personnel – Police Department Employees and property acquisition.

The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency declared by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the limits on the number of persons gathering, except for essential functions, the meeting will be a virtual public meeting open to the public. The public may register for the Regular City Council Meeting at https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_d66lf2huQOuOdyHuD86pJQ. It may be viewed live on the City's Facebook Account https://www.facebook.com/bayardnewmexico/.

Public input will be via email and comments must be submitted prior to the meeting. Comments may be emailed to cityclerk@cityofbayardnm.com with Public Comment March 8, 2021 noted in the subject line.

The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on March 22, 2021.
