WORK SESSION MEETING – March 9, 2021
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Work Session Meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for the Work Session Meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency declared by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the limits on the number of persons gathering, except for essential functions, the meeting will remain closed to the public. It may be viewed live on the County's Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM/ or later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov. • The general purpose of the County Work Session is to inform the Grant County Board of Commissioners of the Agenda items that will be addressed at the next Regular Meeting, and for the Department Heads and other Elected Officials to communicate with the Commissioners in regard to matters in their respective departments. In accordance with Grant County's Open Meetings Act Resolution, we welcome public input. This is not a question and answer period; speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes. Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) public input will be accepted via zoom, and as indicated in our legal notice, participants were required to register no later than one hour prior to the meeting using the provided link.
