LEGAL NOTICE
REGULAR MEETING – May 13, 2021
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. While Grant County remains in the Turquoise Covid-19 restrictions set forth by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, the public will be able to join the meeting in person on a limited basis. Covid-safe practices will be enforced, including wearing a mask and social distancing. Public chairs have been spaced properly in the meeting room and once all chairs are occupied no other members of the public will be admitted. The meeting will be livestreamed on the County Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM/ and available later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov. Public Input will be accepted both in person and virtually via Zoom. To participate in person, individuals must be seated in the meeting room. As indicated in our legal notice, participants must be seated in the meeting room or if participating through zoom, they were required to register no later than one hour prior to the meeting using the provided link.
