Approval / Disapproval of Resolution 2022-11 A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF SILVER CITY APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN KARRI DALTON AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NIKKI BASCOM, DECEASED, ET AL., V. THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, EX REL., CASE NO. 17-cv-1143-WJ-GBW, IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO (The "LAWSUIT"), and AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS AND TAKE ALL ACTIONS ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT AND CONCLUDE THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.
