The Town of Silver City's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 6:00 PM. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. Public Hearing:

CU 23-02: A request for a Conditional Use Permit for property addressed as 3175 N. Leslie Rd, Silver City, New Mexico for a three-dwelling unit attached triplex. This use is allowed in the Commercial Highway Zoning District with a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is Marshall Fischer.
CU 23-03: A request for a Conditional Use Permit for property addressed as 208 S. Texas St, Silver City, New Mexico for the installation of a tiny home. This use is allowed in the Commercial Historic Zoning District with a Conditional Use Permit. The applicants are Meriwether & John McClorey.
ZC 23-01 Request for a Zone Change, for one tract of land, from Residential A to Open Space, legally described as Quarter: SW S: 34 T: 17S R: 14W PT NEQSWQ Quarter: SE S: 34 T: 17S R: 14W PT NWQSEQ 29.593 AC. The property is bounded on the south by the Silver Cliff Apartments, on the east by Ursa Major and Crestway Drive, and on the west by Little Walnut Rd. in Silver City, NM. The applicant is the Town of Silver City
