Proposal #2023-2024-03 Silver Consolidated Schools Facilities Master Plan 2024-2029
 The Silver Consolidated School District (“District”) seeks proposals from individuals qualified to provide Silver Consolidated Schools Facilities Master Plan 2024-2029.  To all offeror’s: Receipt of proposals shall submit its proposal in hard copy and electronic formats in the quantities specified in the RFP Packet on the website. There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 4, 2023 at 2 PM MDT located in the board room at:

 The deadline for the receipt of proposals is Tuesday September 12, 2023 at 10 AM, MDT.  Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.  Any proposal may be modified or withdrawn prior to the established deadline in accordance with the New Mexico Procurement code 13-1-1 et seq. NMSA 1984 Supp.


 DISCUSSION WITH OFFERERS AND AWARD
The procurement Code permits and the District reserves the right to conduct discussions with any or all offerors, or to make an award of contract without such discussions based only on the evaluation of the submitted written proposals. The District further reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals.  Offerors shall not initiate contact, directly or indirectly, with the District officials or school board members regarding the proposals during the evaluation period which commences from the deadline date and continues until a final determination is made. In no case shall the evaluation period exceed 60 days. All offers shall be notified of the contract award, if any.
