Wagyu beef, tuna steaks and Crown Royal all on the taxpayer's dime.

Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham is racking up quite the grocery bill, more than $6,000 to be exact, over just 6 months according KOB4, all while closing some grocery stores to the public.

Never mind that NM's unemployment rate just skyrocketed to 8.2%, one in three New Mexico children and one in five adults face food insecurity, and New Mexico's food banks are struggling to keep up with the overwhelming need.

You shouldn't be surprised that Grisham enjoys the high life -- remember she went on a jewelry shopping spree after ordering the closure of all non-essential businesses.

"New Mexico families are struggling, but Michelle Lujan Grisham is living large on the taxpayer's dime," said RGA Spokesman Will Reinert. "If hardworking New Mexicans can't trust Governor Lujan Grisham to spend their taxpayer money wisely, how can they trust her to lead their state out of an unprecedented economic crisis caused by the pandemic?"
