LifeQuest, which serves those with disabilities, as well as providing early childhood intervention, celebrated its 40th anniversary on Friday, Sept. 20. Former state Rep. Murray Ryan carried the first bill to establish an organization in Silver City to serve people with disabilities. The agency has grown, and it has developed programs that help its clients find work in various companies in the area.
Those attending the celebration were treated to hamburgers, cooked right on the grill.
