Chef Rob Connoley, formerly of the Curious Kumquat, returned to Silver City to sign copies of his new cookbook, GǣAcorns and Cattails: A Modern Foraging Cookbook of Forest, Farm & FieldGǥ Friday afternoon.
Connoley said that he was glad to be back in Silver City, but that unfortunately the shipping company had lost the books that he had shipped to sign. He added that he was getting set to open a restaurant, Bulrush, in St. Louis and had already designed his menu, was recruiting staff and was looking for a property in which to site his restaurant.
Some people already had copies of the book, which Connoley was happy to sign. He said that people could order the cookbook from his website, http://www.acornsandcattails.com/#home or from Amazon.
