Thanks to  Bruce Bloy, Paul and Sandra Michaud for photos provided to the Beat.

Numbers varied, but estimates showed anywhere from about 300 to 500 people braved the freezing and snowy weather Saturday to take part in the People's Procession. A variety of local groups, organizations and churches came together to demonstrate their message of peaceful solidarity and hope. The walk began at La Capilla, and gathering more people along the way, continued to Spring Street Park, where the marchers paused to listen to a blessing and sing together. They continued to Bullard Street, and on to Gough Park, where they heard speakers and singers.
