On December 15, 2018, at about 10:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a loud party on Turkey Creek Road in Gila, where it was alleged that an adult was selling and giving alcoholic beverages to minors. Based on information received, deputies arrested the suspect after having contact with a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway 211.

The suspect was charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a fourth-degree felony; and eight counts of selling or giving alcoholic beverages to minors, also a fourth-degree felony. The defendant was booked into the Grant County Detention Center.
