According to unofficial results provided by the Grant County Clerkâs Office, voters on May 14 agreed to an extension of the increase in property taxes approved 10 years ago of $2/$1,000 of assessed valuation for another 10 years.
Of 4,431 mail-in ballots cast regarding the Public Schools Capital Improvement Tax Question, 2,660 were in favor of continuing the increase, while 1,771 voted against.
