Caller requested welcheck on niece and her two boys. Advised that the school called him and advised him that her son has not been in school for nine days. Deputy had negative contact/no one at home.

Criminal trespass
Goathead Path - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that she just had court with a named male, and he is not supposed to be inside the home, and he is. Deputy advised adult male being transported.

Domestic disturbance
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised that a couple are arguing in a silver 4-door pickup on the side of the road just south of the Flame. Deputy made contact with the vehicle just across from Silver High School. Advised send ambulance for 21-year-old female involved in an altercation/negative lights and sirens/just needs help calming down.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that a named male is there fighting with her, and that he threw a rock at her window and that he is on foot.

Criminal damage to property
Chalcopyrite Court - Tyrone
Caller advised of vandalism in the driveway and also someone tried to break in yesterday. Deputy advised negative on criminal damage and that the driveway areas caller was concerned about are more likely caused by rain.

Caller advised that her mother is unstable and will not let caller get her belongings.

Unwanted subject

Caller advised a drunk lady is in her house and won't leave, but by the end of the call had left and was walking up the hill. Deputy had contact with mother and advised she was just trying to get a ride into town and was dancing in the rain.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised that five gallons of gas was taken from his vehicle.

Assault
Cottage San Road
Caller advised a gentleman is walking around threatening him and his dog with a drywall knife.
Gentleman advised while he was walking, a black dog came barking and circling him. He removed the drywall knife from his pocket in case the dog tried to bite him. Gentleman advised the dog's owner cussed him, and he told the owner to get the dog. Further advised he did not swing the knife at the owner but back and forth in front of the dog.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that a suicidal male who is now walking away from Tyrone was fighting in a blue Kia Rio, with a female. Deputy out with male across from P&R Trailer Park and advised that the male is fine and just wants to keep walking.

Assault
Village Road
Caller advised that his girlfriend, who is soon to be his ex, came to his house threatening him over custody issues.

Weapons fired
N. Swan Street and Rocky Creek Road
Caller advised that she has been hearing shots for the past half hour and does not believe it's hunting season. Second caller advised that some subjects are shooting an automatic firearm just east of the water tanks. Third caller advised that they could hear several shots being fired just north of . . .

Caller advised that his wife, who has been drinking all day, just woke him up, swinging at him. Advised his wife just locked him out of the house. Further advised that they have been married for a couple of weeks. Further advised that he is from Tucson and she is from England.

Caller advised that a man is lying on the ground between the bus yard and the Flame. Deputy advised out with intoxicated subject, and he is up and walking around. Further advised clear/subject with SCPD.
