On November 24, 2014, the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission ("NM ISC") voted to provide $3 million dollars to fund municipal water conservation projects in the counties of Grant, Catron, Luna and Hidalgo. We invite local water providers to develop ideas for projects and apply for funding.

As we develop the process for administering these funds, we would like input from the potential applicants regarding how to improve the PROCESS. Each of the documents at the link below is in DRAFT form. Please read them and give feedback via email to nm.awsa@state.nm.us no later than close of business on Feb.16.
