Monday, Sept. 21

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 117 – 1:30 a.m.
Occupant advised that she ran out of gas and her boyfriend went to get gas. Deputy had her turn the car on and the car is empty.

Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy advised that the vehicle is unoccupied and secure.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 117 – 2:30 a.m.
Deputy advised that the female is still waiting for her boyfriend to bring back gas for the vehicle/will continue to check on her.

Larceny
Fort Bayard National Cemetery
Theft of gas.

Harassment
Skyview Drive
Caller advised that a named male is calling him and making threats to kill him.

Domestic disturbance
Mountain View Lane
Caller advised that she is standing behind the truck and her son is trying to back out at this time. Advised that it is a verbal argument over the truck. Advised that the son left on foot.

Criminal damage to property
Nun View Road
Caller advised that they just got home from being out of town and found damage to their garage where it appears someone tried to break in.

Welfare check
Highway 15 @ Wide Canyon
Caller advised that a male is walking in the middle of the road, seems lost or confused, and is all wet from the rain. Officer had negative contact advising it is very foggy.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that two kids are picking on her child on the bus and on the way home every day. Advised that one is an 8th grader and the other is a high schooler. Advised that her son is 13-years-old. Deputies had negative contact.

Stolen motor vehicle
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that a named male took her white 1994 Honda Accord two hours ago without her permission.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

Welfare check
Cottage San Road
Caller advised that a 23 year-old female has not been returning caller’s text messages or phone calls. Advised that she has a 3-year-old son.

Larceny
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Dispatch advised that caller was yelling that a named male just stole a jack out of her truck, was angry, said she would call a deputy herself, and hung up the phone.

Domestic disturbance
Cottage San Road
A named male and a female are having a bad domestic/it is physical.

Thursday, Sept. 24

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 108
Caller advised it had a bike rack and was swerving. Caller called back advising it is no longer being reckless.

DV order violation
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that he found some clothing down the road with a letter written to him containing DVO information. Advised that she keeps calling and texting him.

Welfare check
1410 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a female is lying on the bench to the west of the building and waving her hands and acting strange. Deputy advised she is okay, just fell asleep waiting for the bus.

Accident – property damage
W. Highway 180 and W. Market Street
Caller advised that a faded red low-profile sportscar ran him off the road into some boulders. Advised that he is not injured.
