Monday, June 27

Criminal damage to property
Pete's Pass Road - Arenas Valley
A named male, who seemed intoxicated, just broke two windows because he couldn't find caller's daughter and took off walking. Caller is home alone with the kids.

Kirkland Road - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that she was outside feeding her horses and noticed one was lying down. Advised she found the horse had been shot in the leg with a pellet gun. Deputy advised the horse sustained a small laceration.

Harassment
Mesa Road - Cliff
Caller advised that he is in Arizona and his wife called saying their neighbor is outside causing problems and is not allowing them to leave.

Tuesday, June 28

Welfare check
Highway 180 - MM 144
Caller advised that a male has been sitting in a small maroon pickup for over a day. Call referred to Luna County.

Harassment
Mesa Road - Cliff
Caller advised that his two foster children are being harassed by a neighbor. Caller advised that the neighbor yelled at the foster children and scared them.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 - MM 119
White Ford dually swerving in and out of the median. Deputy advised a white dually has been behind him unable to maintain lane/now passing MM 116.

Larceny
Mobile Drive
Caller advised that a named male stole his medication a couple of days ago.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Chaparral Drive - Upper Mimbres
Latch on back window of Toyota pickup is broken.

Unwanted subject
Railroad Drive - Silver Acres
Caller advised that a mentally ill named male is at caller's house. Advised the male was just released from GCDC and doesn't have anywhere to go.

Criminal damage to property
N. Swan Street
Caller advised that her brother's home was vandalized. Deputy will be out of his unit. Will walk up to home since gate is closed.

Domestic disturbance
Bill Evans Lake
Caller advised that a female with a gold car and a tent next to it on the east side of the lake has bruises all over her and is in distress. Advised she feels the female was trying to give her hints about a possible domestic. The female is with an Anglo and they are elderly. Deputy out with a named male.

Assault
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a male threw fireworks at her/stated she has no injuries/refused medical attention. Deputy talked to some kids who were involved and advised them to stop.

Welfare check
Cottonwood Road
Caller advised that she heard a very loud bang, possibly an explosion. Deputy advised everything is okay/there are deer at the residence right now but nothing else is going on.

Wednesday, June 29

Vehicle burglary
Ridge Road
Caller advised that some items were taken out of his vehicle.

Welfare check
Mathers Road - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that he hasn't been able to get hold of landlord. Advised that a male is watching her and he was advised to call the police but he refused.

Suspicious vehicle
E. Highway 180 and Casa Loma Road
Deputy made contact with a named male who advised he was out here on a call from his boss.

Domestic disturbance
Clove Street - Santa Clara
Caller advised that her son is causing problems and caller has locked him out of the house. Deputy made contact and will take male back because he has his dog with him.

Domestic disturbance
Camino Tolteca
Caller advised that her boyfriend is making threats to hurt her and is on her property saying he wants his belongings. Deputies made contact on Camino Tolteca and issued male a CTW for a Camino Tolteca address.

Thursday, June 30

Welfare Check
Bonita Avenue
Caller from Border Patrol advised they have found a 2011, red Arctic Cat and have not been able to contact the owner/request welcheck. Deputy given name and telephone number of registered owner but had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
E. Highway 180
Boyfriend beat her up and choked her/grandma won't give her her credit card/now a male showed up with a gun and took her credit card and left. Deputies made contact with boyfriend via traffic stop at Highway 180 and Rio de Arenas Road.

Criminal damage to property
Pinon Lane - Grant County
Caller advised the fences are damaged again. Deputies advised caller said she had reported the same thing in May and nothing had been done. When she showed deputies the damage they advised she began to act weird and asked deputies the date several times and what year it was. Deputies advised negative on any criminal damage.

Larceny
Mimbres Yucca Drive - Upper Mimbres
Caller advised some items were taken from her vehicle.

Welfare check
Spring Street - Pinos Altos
Caller was very irritated, ranting about the DA and county and how we are not doing our jobs. Deputy advised the named female is irate with the system/she has been drinking/we let her vent/everything will be hopefully okay.

Intoxicated driver
Highway 180 - MM 90
Caller advised that four cars are on the side of the road with many drunk teenagers in them. They are in and out of their vehicles and on the roadway. Caller stopped to see if they needed help and they just all cussed at him. Deputy made contact and advised there is one car on the side of the road with cartons of Corona and Coors Light all around it, but no people in or around vehicle.
