A P.E.P. Rally, Parents Encouraging Parents, will be held at the Bayard Public Library on Tuesday, April 10, from 6-7:30 p.m. This free interactive forum is open to all parents but will be of special interest to parents of elementary-age children. Topics of parent chats are: How to Keep out of trouble in school; Seeds for learning; and Have some fun while you're at it! Space is limited and registration may be made at the Bayard Library or by calling 537-6244. There will be a special prize for the first ten parents who register. Each participant will receive Your Home is a Learning Place by Pamela Weinberg and select from a variety of books for each family.
