Aldo Leopold High School is located at 410 West 10th Street, in Ritch Hall on the Western New Mexico University campus.

Attending the Internship Showcase is a great way to learn about this award-winning school and about the educational programs that keep students engaged and learning. Students have worked with the Youth Conservation Corps (YCC): Archaeology, Eco Monitoring, Murals, Gardens, and Trails. Other students have learned skills by working with professionals in careers such as information technology, veterinary medicine, elementary education, U.S. Forest Service, community radio, welding, library science, and permaculture. All interns will give presentations about their internships or YCC experiences.

ALCS is a tuition-free public school with grades 6 through 12 and is open to all residents of New Mexico.
