Anthony Quintana, owner of Q’s Southern Bistro and The Mix, will share his business plan with Silver City Rotarians on February 18. In a change of venue, the meeting will be held at The Mix at the corner of Pope and West College Avenue, instead of the WNMU Student Cafeteria where most weekly Rotary meetings take place.

William Knuttenin is the speaker coordinator for Rotary for February.

Members of the public are invited to attend any Rotary Club meeting when the presentation is of interest to them. There is no charge to attend the presentation, but if members of the public wish to join the Rotarians in their lunch of an entrée, a salad and a dessert, there is a $10 fee. The lunch line is open at noon, the business meeting begins at 12:15 p.m., and the presentation begins at 12:30 p.m.
