A named female is advising she wants help to kill herself before she kills her family. Deputy out with one female/she stated she is okay/deputy advised her and her family if need LE to call.

Attempted B&E/need phone call.

Picked up 6-year-old child from school and seemed like she was high on narcotics. Deputy advised arrived on scene and no one is answering the door.

Female with a white dog is yelling at passing vehicles to call the police/a male is following her south. Second caller advised the female was yelling at the male to leave her alone/they are in the middle of the roadway.

Caller stated that her daughter was arguing with her and left walking/her daughter has meth in her backpack and caller wants her arrested/everything was verbal. Deputy was advised that the daughter left the residence.

Deputy advised consent to search.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller requested heavy patrol in the area of the transfer station re: criminal activity in the area/people have been breaking into the transfer station.

Welfare check
Dragonfly Trail
4-year-old is walking the trails alone without parents in the area. Deputy had contact with a small child.

Missing persons
Separ Road – Hachita
Caller advised an 8-year-old female cousin is missing/she is visiting from Las Vegas, Nevada/they have searched the surrounding area with negative contact. Caller called back advising female was found and she is okay. Deputy advised out on Separ ATL.

Reckless driver
W. Highway 180 and Pope Street
Deputy had contact with a street bike that SCPD was looking for re: traveling over 50 mph on Bullard. Street bike driver denied being in the area of the reckless call. Gave info to dispatch to hold for SCPD/nothing further.

13-year-old male locked outside of his home/advising he was sitting on the porch and heard something run in the backyard that scared him/he ran to a neighbor’s house/his mother is at work/advised his phone is at 1%/advised he tried to call his mother but she did not answer/when asked for his mother’s phone number to call her he advised he did not know. . .

A named male broke window according to caller who said they were arguing at Walmart before he was arrested yesterday.

Sunday, Feb. 16

Loud music
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that her neighbor is harassing her by playing loud music. Second caller advised that the neighbor is playing the music loud, Advised caller that there is no noise ordinance in place at this date and time, but she may report any incidents she wishes and there may be a chance that enforcement action will be taken.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Daughter called her brother advising that her stepmother and stepsister are bothering her/she is crying/caller is not supposed to have any contact with child. NMSP called advising they will be taking care of the call. NMSP dispatch called advising they are unable to make contact with their officer so if an SO unit could go as well. Deputy advised everything is okay.

A male who is no longer there just threatened caller and his business.

Homeless female sleeping in the storage unit she rents from them. Deputy dropped female off at the shelter on Grant Street.
