Daughter hit caller in the face/caller is daughter’s mother/parties are separated at this time/caller refused medical. Officer on scene.

Son texted caller at 11 p.m. stating he was in a fight then texted again at 1 a.m. saying goodbye and it is his time/he has made suicide threats in the past/told caller he owns a gun/is also on narcotics.

Domestic disturbance
1414 Little Walnut Road
Caller advised she can hear a lot of yelling/called back advising she can also hear a female crying. Officer advised clear/everything is okay.

1007 Pope Street
Caller from HMS advised that a named male without a license just left. He also threatened to harm himself and caller stated he is a threat to himself or others. Officer had negative contact at male’s home/will ATL. The male called advising that he is home and gave his address and phone number where he can be reached.

Male has his dog inside with him and is sleeping/just want him to leave. Officer out with the male.

A named male parked on Grant Street is asking people to get him gas and is also whistling at females/is on the street not on the property.

A couple is inside the store and customers are complaining/caller asked them to leave and they did not/they are Spanish-speaking only. Officers advise they spoke to the couple/they advised they came to Silver City for a job the male was offered, but he did not get the job he was promised and . . .

Caller advised that a 64-year-old female called advising she was better off dead/she was being irrational and throwing things. Officer had contact with the female/everything is okay/she was upset re: the doctor’s office and her medications.

Caller advised a white car is at the front grocery side door with a female driving who is honking at everyone and will not leave the store. Officer went traffic with vehicle in the parking lot.

Intoxicated persons
2005 E. Highway 180
A male employee came to work intoxicated and is inside his vehicle at this time. Officer advised that the male is highly intoxicated/will be taking him home.

Caller stated that a named male was refusing to leave. Caller told an officer that they got into a verbal argument and left the apartment.

Female said there is a domestic and hung up. Caller called back advising subjects left already and does not need LE anymore.

Walk-in advised he was scammed. Walk-in advised he received a call from a number he did not recognize. He spoke to a male with an Indian or Middle Eastern accent. The male advised that the walk-in had a bank account open in another state and wanted further information. Walk-in gave . . .

Caller advised a male is not wearing appropriate clothing for the weather/wearing bright-colored shirt and black shorts. Officer had contact with male/he appeared okay.

Information passed on from NMSP dispatch. Caller from New York advised that he has not had contact with a named male since December 2019/he is not answering his phone and has psychological problems/has been suicidal in the past. Officer made contact with caller/officer gave the death . . .

A named male is outside the Jumping Cactus yelling at people and harassing the waitresses at Diane’s. Male leaving the area.

Male last seen running through the parking lot. Officers advised the male has a knife he is trying to reach for/advised one in custody.

Caller advised he has his ex-wife at the house and she is trying to argue with caller. Officer asked county for assistance as all city units tied up. Caller called back advising that the female is outside sitting in her vehicle.

Caller advised a male is lying on the ground inside the car lot.

Male parked in a handicap space appears to be passed out behind the wheel.

Caller advised that a woman took some items in her purse and left walking toward Gold Street. Officer advised negative contact/clear/caller will gather footage.

El Refugio – 800 S. Robert Street
Caller advised her ex-husband is on the property and he does have a weapon/he is in a red truck with a black hood/he looked over the fence and waved the gun at her/advised he is NMSP from Las Vegas. Officer advised to clear air for emergency traffic only. Caller advised a named female is locking down the building.

Accident-injuries
E. Daniel Street and S. Highway 90
Male on wrong side of highway/one vehicle involved. Second caller advised vehicle was grazed/other vehicle headed toward Lordsburg/white SUV.

Criminal trespass warning

A named female is not supposed to be there and she is there. Officer advised out with two females and two males/all are clear.
