Caller advised that a named male is her friend and has not been drinking and it is not physical at this time, but he is causing problems for her/she doesn’t want him at her house anymore. Deputy advised verbal only/male leaving for a bit/all units clear.

Cortez Avenue
Caller stated a named male swung an ax at her and now he was leaving. Deputy had contact with caller at this address and contact with male between Cortez and Santa Rita.
Unwanted subject
Main Street – North Hurley – 9:15 p.m.
A named male barged into caller’s room and was slamming the door and causing problems. Deputy advised clear/parties agreed to stay away from each other.

Caller advised that a named male is hitting her/he has been drinking/caller is refusing medical/male is leaving in a white Chevy Silverado. Officer went traffic with pickup truck south on North Hurley Road.

48-year-old female stated it would be their fault if she committed suicide/possibly upset about problems with her insurance for her medication. Deputies spoke to a male at this address/advised she left earlier today/en route to address in Bayard/had contact with female on the phone/female hung up the line.

Caller advised that a named female is outside in a purple Ford car honking her horn saying they have one of her bags in the driveway and caller wants to leave. Deputies out with the female/advised that the female wanted her clothes/female now leaving.
