Maple Street
Caller advised he believes a named male stole his guitar earlier when they were trying to get him to leave the house. Officer made contact advising caller will call back after checking the house.

Tuesday, Apr. 28

Criminal trespass warning
500 East Street
A named male was trying to get into the house/he is on a bicycle. Officer ATL with negative contact.

Criminal trespass warning
Orchard Street
Both subjects trespassed by owner.

Fraud/embezzlement
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Walk-in to SCPD advised someone took $100 out of his account. Caller was advised he will have to report this to BPD.

Harassment
Rogers Street
Caller advised as he was driving home a named male flipped him off/male is an ex-employee. Officer had contact with caller/ATL other party.

Wednesday, Apr. 29

Welfare check
N. Canyon Street
Caller advised a named female is on caller’s porch saying she was beat up. Caller advised a 4-wheeler was parked in front of his residence with two males on it/female advised they were a part of it/she refused medical. Officer en route with female to North Hurley/she was dropped off at Penjamo Bar/this was an argument over a dog and content on a phone.

Suspicious vehicle
Pearl Street
Caller heard a gunshot go off/two males with a gun took off walking toward Coffey Street/happened within last five minutes. Officer advised to send other units/emergency/everything is okay/units can downgrade/have units responding check Pearl and Ruby for bullet . . .

Game and Fish
Highway 180 between Bayard and Hurley
Dead deer in middle of the road. HPD officer advised deer has been removed from roadway.

Cortez Avenue
Neighbor poured gasoline on caller’s fence/this is an ongoing issue. Officer had negative contact with neighbor or with any evidence of what was being reported.

Welfare check
S. East Street
Caller advised she speaks to her every other week/last time caller heard from her was about a month ago. Deputy made contact with female who can receive texts only/unknown what subject is talking about.

Tuesday, Apr. 28

Harassment
N. Mineral Street
Caller who is a home health aide advised as she was walking to her patient’s apartment a neighbor started threatening her and stating if anything happened to the patient he would hunt her down/started cussing and acting belligerent toward caller. Advised he did this because she wasn’t wearing a mask.

Unwanted subject
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that a named male is on the property and shouldn’t be there. Officer had negative contact.

Welfare check
S. James and W. Pine streets
A named male is burning something by his house/caller is very agitated and excited/won’t stop yelling/unable to understand what he is saying/possibly arguing with someone/he has gone away from the phone yelling. Deputy advised was on scene/negative contact with any fire or anything in the area/will be clear.

Domestic disturbance
500 S. Prescott Street
49-year-old female fell and hit her face/has laceration to eye/female advising she is intoxicated/didn’t want to say how she fell/advised she ‘had help’ falling, not because she was intoxicated. When asked if she was pushed she just advised, “No, I tripped.”
