Garage was broken into, no weapons taken.

Harassment
Chino Street
Caller advised that her ex’s ex-boyfriend keeps calling and threatening him.

Tuesday, June 2

Disturbance
Watson Street
Caller advised a named male is inside his house yelling he is going to kill everyone because he could hear a dog barking. Officer on scene/spoke to father. Everything is okay for now/unit clear.

Harassment
Poplar Street
Caller advised her and her neighbor had a disturbance earlier while they were doing laundry. Caller called again asking for a deputy/advised her neighbor stands and watches her and leaves notes and has said that she will ‘get rid of her.’/pulling her finger across her neck/caller is afraid of what she might do.

Criminal trespass warning
Runnels Drive
A named female is at the address and needs to be issued a CTW. Another female called confirming the request for a CTW. Officer advised the named female collected her things and left the property.

Welfare check
Taylor Street
A named female is insisting child took medication/caller advised child did not take medication. Officer advised he would be in service from Taylor/EMS is on scene.

Thursday, June 4

Accident-property damage
Lusk Street
Advised that his neighbor backed up into his black 1996 Buick/caller is not home, is in Albuquerque/but daughter is home. Officer advised very minor damage/parties worked it out among themselves.

Officer had contact with a group of juvies/it was some fireworks for a birthday party/everything is okay/clear.

Domestic disturbance
Main Street
Caller advised her and her roommate are having a verbal argument/negative on narcotics or alcohol. Caller is upset because LE makes her and her children leave and allows the named male to stay at her house.

Unwanted subject
Santa Rita Avenue
Caller advising that a named male is at her house and is refusing to leave/negative on alcohol. Officer arrived on scene and was told that nobody by that name lived in the residence or in the area.

Aggravated assault
Manhattan Park Drive
Caller advised that a named male just shot at him/advised he was there to speak to his ex-wife when the male came out of the residence and shot at him. Caller was advised to stay in his vehicle until LE arrived/line was disconnected/upon callback negative contact with caller.

Disturbance
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised he can hear arguing and it sounded like the male might have broke something. Deputy was advised/advising to have BPD and HPD help out. XCPD officer advised clear/negative contact.

Advised someone hit the gas meter. Gas company advised they would have someone respond. XCPD advised NM Gas Company on scene.

Caller receiving emails from neighbor/would like to speak to officer.

DV order violation

Caller stated a named female keeps passing by and honking her horn and she isn’t supposed to be going by the residence.

Criminal damage to property

To do a walk-through and assess any damage to the house between 2 and 2:30 p.m./residence is near water towers.

Loud music
N. James and W. Encino streets – 9:40 p.m.
Two callers complaining about loud music. Deputies standing by until noise ordinance kicks in/could not hear any music until he was right in front of the house/they did advise they will keep the music down.

Loud music
N. James and W. Encino streets – 11:12 p.m.
Callers advised that they have turned the music back up and it is loud/advised it was turned down and they put it back on. Deputy back out/everything is okay.

Shoplifting
11988 Highway 180
Caller advised the subject tried taking a couple of toys and different items/subject is in the office at this time. Officer has female in unit/at Santa Clara PD.

Unattended death
N. Mineral Street
Caller believes that her tenant is dead/caller is at her house/maintenance man went over there with a coworker to check on him/house is full of flies. EMS1 advised delayed response/OMI contacted/advised ETA of 40 minutes. Hurley PD officer advised to page out XCPD to help with OMI
