Caller advised that her husband threw her on the counter and she has bruises everywhere. Second caller advised he didn’t touch her and would like the female out of his house/he is drinking vodka at this time. Caller denied medical attention/she needs to be taken to the women’s shelter/she was told she can call 911 to report the incident and LE would take her to the . . .

Domestic disturbance
Coffey Street
Caller advised that her mom is in her home taking things and brother kicked in the door/they started to argue and the phone disconnected/caller called back advising her baby is in the bath and could drown while she has to deal with her mother/line disconnected again. Officer advised units will be clear/female is requesting a deputy/advising also to note he removed some illegal fireworks and that was part of the issue.

A 23-year-old male needs to be removed from the property/he is intoxicated/caller is his mother. Officer advised clear from this/keys were left with a sober adult/transporting one male to a N. Corbin Street address.

Caller advised that someone hit his mom’s car with a baseball bat.

Las Cruces Dispatch advised they got a call advising that a female from Grant County called her and told her she was in distress because she broke up with her partner and was having suicidal ideations/when dispatcher called the number the female refused to give an address or her name. Caller advised when she spoke to the female she advised she had a lot of mental issues and her ideations were false.

Mandy Barris has been issued an indefinite CTW for a Romero Street and a Geronimo Street address.

Elguea Street
Caller advised the kitchen light in a tan house to the north of her has been on for about the last three days/there was a car in the driveway this morning. Officer advised he would be out at an Aztec Avenue address/clear/everyone is okay.

Larceny
Main Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that her roommate has taken several things from her room and moved out of the residence/she was in jail for the past three days. Officer issued Ramon a CTW for the property upon request from homeowner.

Harassment
Nevada Avenue and 1st Street
Caller said she told subjects to stop lighting fireworks and they became upset and threatened and harassed her and she returned inside. Officer advised out at address/caller refused to talk to unit/clear.
