Caller advised someone wrecked into a fence/it is a black car/subjects are yelling at each other/male and female/they are still in the vehicle/passenger side door will not open. Second caller advised her boyfriend wrecked/hit a cactus.

Racetrack Road
Caller advised a named female came into the ER and told hospital staff she was assaulted somewhere off of Racetrack Road. Victim is currently at GRMC in the ER.

Disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
A named male busted out a window/caller not being very cooperative/male getting in a white Cadillac. Deputy had contact with male.

Unwanted subject
Owens Road
Caller advised that a named male is at her house yelling and trying to talk to girls. Deputies went traffic with male/out at caller’s house.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 121 (Highway 152 junction)
Gold Cadillac driving on the wrong side of the road toward Bayard. Santa Clara PD officer and deputies out with gold Cadillac.

Saturday, July 4

Unwanted subject
Bill Evans Lake
U Bar Ranch campsite on right has people on wrong side of cable/about 6-8 camps on the wrong side. Deputy advised them they need to move to the other side of the cable/they will be leaving today.

Welfare check
Racetrack Road
Caller advised that her niece posted on Facebook that she was going to end her life/caller did not know a specific address/she lives with a named male. Deputy had negative contact with anybody at the address given.

Fight
E. Highway 180 and Morales Road – Arenas Valley
Two males fighting in the street/caller advised they are following each other now/headed toward Santa Clara. Deputies ATL on Racetrack, Prescott, Highway 180, Santa Clara and Fort Bayard with negative . . .

Disturbance
Shale Drive
Caller advised her son is intoxicated and causing issues at home/he is yelling and arguing with her/he is on probation/doesn’t want him to get in trouble/he is outside the home now/he was arguing with his girlfriend/she has left the house.

Turkey Creek Road – Cliff
A named male came to caller’s house in a white car and just left advising he is looking for a named individual.

Disturbance
2069 Cottage San Road
An intoxicated male came over and is yelling outside and talking about getting subjects to beat him up.

Welfare check
Highway 152 – Santa Clara
Caller, who is the grandfather, advised the parents have a history of substance abuse and they won’t let him see the child. Deputy made contact with the homeowners and also spoke to the little boy who was outside with his grandparents/he was okay. Put out an ATL for three people to issue CTW for the property/clear.

Disturbance
Saavedra Drive – 10:15 p.m.
Female was screaming about a subject throwing buckets at them. Deputies out with female waving them down.

Domestic disturbance
Camino de Vida – Upper Mimbres
Father is wasted and hit caller/father just threw . . . Deputies on scene.

Criminal damage to property
Saavedra Drive – 12 midnight
Caller advised that her neighbor busted out a window to her home/unknown what neighbor’s name is. Deputy made contact with caller.

Deputy out on foot.

Harassment
Eagle Nest Drive
Advised they are in the process of getting a divorce and the husband is harassing her/he keeps calling and texting her/the grandmother keeps going by the residence/she hasn’t blocked his phone number because they have a child together/wants him to stop calling her.

Harassment
Saavedra Drive – 1:50 p.m.
Advised that her neighbor is still harassing her/she is yelling at her and won’t leave her alone/caller is inside/Dispatch can hear yelling in the background. Second caller advised she has the neighbor on video stating she was going to burn her house down if she leaves.

Vehicle burglary
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Advised he just noticed that a propane tank and a battery are missing out of his travel trailer.

Larceny
8436 W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Advised that someone in a car took his wallet from the gas station he stopped at. He was advised to go to the sheriff’s office. Caller advised when he went back to look at the footage it was of low quality.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Saavedra Drive – 6:53 p.m.
Caller advised that a named individual broke the windows to her vehicles. Supplemental will be added to a recent incident.

Larceny
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Big LG flat screen was stolen/back door was unlocked.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 15 – Gila Hot Springs
Unknown subjects tore down his irrigation diversion twice in two days and he thinks he knows who is doing it. Deputy has directions to property.

Accident-property damage
Highway 35 and Mimbres Yucca Drive
Caller advised someone pulled over with them and assisted her to move the cow/advised Forest Service and paramedics assisted. Male left the area stating his mother hit the cow and is broken down on the highway somewhere. Deputy advised on Highway 35 now/will ATL for vehicle that hit the cow/negative contact with cow’s owner.
