Officer out with named female who is upset re: she lost her dog in the area and is looking for it.

Subject stole a pack of cigarettes and ran toward CVS/wants CTW issued when located. Officers out at Snappy/ATL near CVS.

Caller advised that a little boy is screaming in an apartment/believes the parents are home. Officers had contact, advising parents advised it was just a special needs child getting a haircut.

Male between dispensary and HMS building. Officers out with Adam Medina/50s/doesn’t feel good/highly intoxicated/en route to hospital to talk to doctor.

Caller advised that a white Subaru SUV that turned into Walgreens had four occupants which all looked to be elementary age.

Caller advised that two men are fighting outside/one left in a black BMW and the other in a red older truck. Officers out with black BMW at the gas station near. . .

Caller requesting LE to assist with Adan Medina /he is trying to leave/he is out of his room threatening security guards verbally/he is on an involuntary hold at this time. Caller called back advising they were able to get him back in his room and could cancel. Adan called on 911 advising they will not let him leave.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised that girlfriend slashed caller’s tires with a machete/she just left on foot.

Caller advised his phone was stolen at Walmart.

Caller requested a deputy re: a stolen motor home out of Bayard. Deputy made contact with caller.

711 Silver Heights Blvd. – 7:45 p.m.
Caller advised his ex-partner is there, banging on the door of Room 312/she did slash his tires today/she just left walking east on 180/now walking north on Silver Street. Officer advised alarm was disconnected for caller/out at Drifter.

Officer requested EMS for a 53-year-old male who is bleeding on right leg. Frank Gomez was reissued CTW and issued an indefinite CTW and is with EMS at this time.

Caller advised a male is in the store and should have a CTW. Deputy advised it was not who caller thought it was but another male and he did leave.

Male is unconscious at this time/other subjects took off. R2 advised en route. Driver’s license return to Samuel Jaramillo valid/revoked/clear/request ignition interlock to be installed in vehicle. Officer made contact with Jaramillo/he was conscious, breathing, and . . .

Girlfriend just hit him in the face/subjects are yelling/subject refused medical. Officer requested county assist. Officer advised Angelica Holguin is intoxicated and highly uncooperative.

Criminal damage to property
Visitor Center
Caller has damage done to the sculptures on the south side of the building/also had a person drop off some important files that were found in the ditch and caller is unsure what to do with them.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised his gold 2007 HHR was vandalized last night with profanities. Officer on scene.

Ranzo Way
Caller wants a male removed and to stay off the property. Property owner advised to officers that he is not there right now but he often rides a kid’s bike.

Caller advised a 9 or 10-year-old boy is riding a motorbike with a 2 to 3-year-old child in his lap.

Breaking and entering
N. Pinos Altos Street
Caller advised someone kicked in the plywood near the basement level of the house/unknown if anyone made entry.

Sheriff’s Posse Road – 9 p.m.
Caller advised that a named male is at his residence causing problems. Officer explained about the civil restraining order that caller could not produce.

Stolen bike.

Caller requested LE. When asked ‘Why?’ caller said, “For everything, send them and they will see,” and hung up.

Caller advised there is a lot of fighting outside. Officer advised en route with one to GRMC.

Caller advised an aunt is on scene and threatened to hurt grandfather/she locked herself in the home.

Officer advised both subjects advised they are okay.

Three named individuals are yelling and cussing at her. Can hear subjects yelling in the background telling caller to move her vehicle and leave. Officer out with a named male.

Sunday, July 5

Unattended death
N. Gold Street
Advised that his 84-year-old dad just passed away/he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a couple of days ago/he was on hospice/he had just gotten him up to go to the restroom and he went to check on him again and he wasn’t breathing anymore.

Suspicious vehicle
1004 Pope Street
Officer out with one female and two males. Spoke to a named male who advised one of the males was supposed to be gone last night and the other male had until the end of today to collect belongings.

1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised a female is by the ER entrance/looks like she has just been discharged from GRMC. Dispatch called GRMC and they advised the female left ‘AMA.’ Officer out with a named female/en route to an address on Bosworth.

Missing persons
N. Swan Street
A named female has been missing since Friday/she was on foot in the area of the Ridges/she is about 60-years-old.

Stolen motor vehicle
505 N. Bullard Street
Advised that a named female took his vehicle three hours ago and poisoned his food and made him sick/vehicle is a blue 2002 Dodge Durango. Officer put out ATL for vehicle.

Caller advised a female is hanging out of the driver side of her van.

Domestic disturbance
40th Street
Caller advised two adult females are physically fighting and a 3-year-old girl is crying. Officers advised the parties agreed to separate/units clear.
