Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
A named male who, lives up above them, is screaming profanities at them saying he was here first and playing loud music/advised he is intoxicated. Second caller advised he lives at a casita on Chaparral and he wanted to advise that the neighbor at another Chaparral address is yelling he is going to kill the lesbians and believes that may be a type of hate crime/advised the male sounds intoxicated. . .

Accident-injuries
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised she witnessed a vehicle hit a pole and now a yellow Jeep is on its side. Deputy requested wrecker/61-year-old female rollover/wrecker en route.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 – MM 19
Deputy made contact with vehicle matching description/driver was okay/no indication of intoxication or medical issues.

Harassment
Arenas Valley
Advised that his neighbor is accusing that his dog killed her cat and now is being aggressive toward caller and his daughters/she was yelling and calling them little monsters/she is making posts on Facebook threatening to shoot the dog. Deputy made contact with caller.

Caller stated that a named female is at the residence and yelling at her son/she did push the son. Other party advised they are upset because the father of his girlfriend’s kids are not allowing them to take his girlfriend’s kids. Deputy advised no paperwork in place.

Advised he is out there with a 3-year-old and parents are not around and child will not answer her questions/will stay with her until deputies get there. Caller called back advising that the mother of the child went and got the little girl and left the residence. Deputy advised would be out at address.

Caller advised that her and her boyfriend are having a verbal argument/negative on domestic/female hung up. Deputy advised units clear/they are going to separate for the night.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 and Manhattan Apartments
Advised she hit a deer/she is okay and doesn’t need an ambulance/deer was still breathing. Deputy advised NMSP is there/he did not put the deer down.

Domestic disturbance
Horseshoe Drive and North Hurley Road
A named male just spit in her face/he is on a bike/she is walking toward North Hurley. Caller meeting deputies at Penjamo Bar.

Highways 61 and 180
A woman in a bathing suit on side of the roadway/female is now getting into caller’s truck to meet a male at the hot springs. Deputy advised the female was left behind by family at the hot springs/she is in a bathing suit and has a small dog.

Caller called her mother and boyfriend who are both bedridden several times today with no answer/no one has been to the house to take care of them/caller resides in California. Deputy made contact with caller’s sister who advised she has been there all day/will be calling caller.

Advised that someone stole the diesel out of their machines and also took some railroad ties/can see in the backyard of a house, that there are railroad ties.

A named female is on the property and refusing to leave/he is on his way to work and wants her to be taken to get help/he is on probation and doesn’t want to get in trouble for her being at the home with him. Deputy had negative contact.

Chino Mine Gate – Vanadium
Advised two subjects have been harassing him since he got into NM/he reported the incident to Hidalgo County and they followed him to the gate. Because of a conflict of interest/NMSP was notified.

Third party call advised of a female who called advising of a 78-year-old male lying on the side of the road.

Caller advised that a male came across a sleeping bag that had blood all over it out on Fierro Road past the St. Anthony Church before the shooting area. Deputy advised everything is okay/it was a dead dog.

Caller advised someone broke into her storage shed.

Caller advised that yesterday morning he hit a deer. XCPD officer will meet caller at station.

Caller advised his ex-wife showed back up and started hitting him/caller refused medical/she left in a black and gray 2016 Nissan Titan/she also has their son with her.

29-year-old female having a mental breakdown/she is saying she is dying/she was on meth about a month ago/she is grabbing her head/she is throwing dirt on herself/she is still outside/she is getting more aggressive.

A person is walking on the white line of the roadway in the eastbound lane. Deputies advised male sitting on the side of roadway/out with a named female/will be giving her a ride home.

Caller has been attempting to call her 93-year-old father and 50-year-old sister with no answer. Caller is worried because they live close to where some shots were fired and they saw a schizophrenic nephew living . . .

Burglary
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Back shed was busted into. Deputy on scene.

Breaking and entering
Western Drive
Caller advised the house has been broken into at the garage causing damage. Caller wants someone to go by and make sure the house is still secure and to call him back.

Harassment
Highway 152 – Grant County
Caller advised she is receiving phone calls from a named male and wants to file a report for harassment. Deputy had negative contact. Caller called back requesting another call from a deputy.

Burnham Street
Caller advised her brother lives in a trailer at this location and his landlord told her sister there is water flooding out of the trailer and he is not coming to the door. Deputy had negative contact with any trailer that was leaking water.
