Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that her ex just beat her up/they have been drinking today/he has a loaded shotgun and threatened caller. Deputies advise to clear the air/open the air/body cams are not working/en route to Linteros/female in unit.

Vehicle vs deer.

Domestic disturbance
Hermana Street – Arenas Valley
A named male was causing problems/is walking away with a dog and a bag toward Kirkland Road. Second caller advised a named female and her boyfriend are fighting again/female was throwing things at the male. Deputy had contact/caller advised it was verbal only/ATL for the male.

Welfare check
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Advised that her son sent her a message that “I can’t bear these pigs torture anymore, I love you. Happy birthday, I’ll always love you all.” Advised that he is being targeted by LE and that they have been torturing him. Advised that he drives a white Ford car. Advised he is possibly under the influence of narcotics /he is taking meds for PTSD, anxiety, and stress.

Caller’s son is being harassed by a named female/she keeps driving by slowly and looking at the property.

Criminal damage to property

Caller has a broken window and three bullet holes on the side of building after someone from the GCSO shot at a bear in the area. Deputy will call caller and advise they have an emergency call/clear.

Caller advised an RV hit his company vehicle/other party is still on scene.

Trash has graffiti on it.

Burglary
North Hurley Road
Caller advised her house has been damaged. The windows, sliding glass door and all appliances gone, including carpet, toilets, sink, swamp cooler, and other items.

Weapons fired
Mobile Drive
Second caller advised it is fireworks coming from Chukar. Deputy out at a Chukar Drive address /advised subjects were shooting off fireworks.

Tuesday, Aug. 4

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Bayard PD officer went traffic with vehicle at Tom Foy/Royal.

Welfare check
Cottonwood Road
Caller advised his daughter’s mother is not answering her phone again. Second caller advised that a named male is his brother-in-law and he has paperwork advising the named male has 50/50 custody of his daughter. Second caller called again. Deputy advised will be out at a Highway 180 address.

Unwanted subject
Mountain View Road
Caller advised a male friend would not leave her property/advised the male became upset when she told him it was not a good time for him to stop by/he has already left/he lives nearby and caller is afraid he might return. Deputy issued Joshua an indefinite CTW for the location.

Burglary
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that someone broke into his storage construction trailer/they cut the locks and took items from inside including several construction tools

Wednesday, Aug. 5

Suspicious vehicle
S. Highway 90
Truck parked blocking access to his mailbox for three days. Deputy made contact with an individual who stated it broke down yesterday/husband is calling towing company to have it towed.

Welfare check
Gila Transfer Station
Caller advised a 75 to 80-year-old male is sitting in a vehicle about a mile past the transfer station/he seems confused/he was mumbling but not making sense/advised he is no longer on scene. Deputy had negative contact.

Harassment
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named female is there in a tan 4-door car/they did issue her a CTW/she is caller’s boyfriend’s ex/she is parked outside honking. Deputy advised negative on a CTW/female only passed by.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller advised a named female showed up to her house with no clothes on/caller does not know the female/female advised she was being chased by her husband. Deputy advised one in unit/will be dropping off at a Hurley address.

Thursday, Aug. 6

Unwanted subject
Racetrack Road
Caller advised someone is outside his house not wanting to leave/they were parked in the driveway. Deputy was advised. Left on Racetrack toward Central.

Highway 180 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery)
Car vs deer.

Weapons fired
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy spoke with a named male/advised it is a certified butcher/was putting animal down/does this on Tuesdays/will be . . .

Disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that his son is causing a disturbance in their household/wants an officer to calm him down. Dispatch can hear son arguing with his mother/spoke with a named female after the first caller put the phone down and she advised she was okay and did not need anyone/she was advised that someone would at least speak with them to make sure they were okay.

Welfare check
H.L. Watkins Road
Caller advised he was bitten by a rattlesnake/advised it’s biting him again. Can hear caller screaming on the phone/he keeps screaming that he is dead/stating he can feel it Dude and that he is losing breath. Caller would hardly answer any of the dispatcher’s questions. It is in his parents {yard?} already and he is dead. 25-years-old.

EMS came in over the radio advising he has a woman in his yard crying uncontrollably not making sense/female out of control screaming and crying. Deputy ID’d the female.

Stolen motor vehicle
North Hurley
Caller advised the gold 2000 Ford F350 is parked at a property on Highway 180 and parts are being taken off. Caller called back wanting deputy to call him.

Accident-property damage
Highway 15 – MM 14
Advised that a truck went off the side of the road into the drainage ditch/both subjects in the vehicle are okay.
