Father was intoxicated/mother came and spoke with four children who agreed to stay with father.

Criminal damage to property
Rogers Street – 10:41 p.m.
Black car with blue lights just egged her car then headed toward Highway 180/caller was advised not to follow the vehicle and disconnected. Officer out with caller/they followed the black car that egged her vehicle and were involved in an accident with injuries in front of Bayard PD.

Accident with injuries
BPD – 10:45 p.m.
No narrative.

Saturday, Aug. 15

Domestic disturbance
Runnels Drive
Caller advised that a male and a female are fighting at the trailer park on Budge Street/verbal only at this time. Second caller advised they are physically fighting/female breaking windows to his car/male telling her to leave.

Disturbance
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a large group of males are being real rowdy/not physical at this time/no masks or social distancing. Officer on scene advising ninety percent of males have left the scene/standing by until everyone leaves.

Battery
Lariat Road and S. Bellm Street
They went to a house to retrieve the baby and they were both punched by two named individuals.

Loud party
Empire and Rogers streets
Officer spoke to homeowner and they will turn down the music. Female called back advising they have not stopped the party and loud music. Officer called the homeowner to advise they need to turn the music off.

Domestic disturbance
400 Budge Drive
Caller advised she just received a phone call from a neighbor advising her parents are fighting and it was possibly physical/an infant is in the home. Officer advised will be clear/everything is okay/subjects are denying anything physical/they were having a heated argument because male did not return home last night.

Caller advised an unwanted male is in his garbage. Officer issued an indefinite CTW.

Breaking and entering
Santa Clara Cemetery
14-year-old male neck/69-year-old female leg/16-year-old female labored breathing.

Welfare check
A Street
A named male is due for a shot and caller is nervous/+caller was asking for police response. Caller is requesting medical to check him out/he has been having a reaction without his medication and is currently breaking down and crying in the bathroom. Officer on scene advising to hold off on EMS at this time/male seems fine.

Domestic disturbance
A Street
Can hear arguing in the background/male yelling at caller/heard male hit something heavy. Caller advised the door is open and he does not want to close the door for the mattress for water bugs/do not go in. Caller advised he has not slept for four days now. Officer advised everything is okay.

Three vehicles/negative on injuries/all parties are on scene.

Officer requested EMS for a 17-year-old who punched a wall and is bleeding/EMS3 advised no transport/clear/re: son stealing $600 from mom.

Harassment
N. Bellm Street – 10:41 a.m.
Caller advised neighbor is threatening caller/neighbor is outside/caller is inside her home.

Harassment
N. Bellm Street – 11:14 a.m.
Caller advised that the boyfriend left and the neighbor hopped in his truck and was chasing boyfriend down/does not know where they are now. Officer spoke to male half/advised no argument or fight at this time.

S. Bellm Street
Too many redactions to count. But, it’s about a father, mother, a 7-month-old baby, and caller stating that the father pulled a gun on her.
