The coupon book features 32 coupons offering savings of more than $200. “This was a way for us to still support and promote local eateries, states Patrick Hoskins, board president of Silver City MainStreet, since we cannot hold our regular event this year. We were so happy to include local merchants and the downtown hotels in the coupon book. The coupon book has an expiration date of December 31, 2021, so you have more than a year to take advantage of all the savings offered and support our local businesses.”

The Taste of Downtown coupon book sales will be kicked off on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 8:30 am to 12 noon at the Maker’s Market at the Main Street Plaza located at 700 N. Bullard St. Coupon books are only $20 and can also be purchased online at www.silvercitymainstreet.com, or at the Murray Ryan Visitor Center on Hudson Street.

Funds raised by this event go to support Silver City MainStreet activities that include beautification projects and programs and projects that encourage residents and tourists to visit downtown Silver City.
