Monday, Aug. 24

Accident-injuries
Highway 152 – MM 31 (9 miles west of Kingston)
Received a 911 call from a female who stated someone had gone off the road and was possibly injured/line was disconnected due to poor service and dispatch was unable to reach the caller upon attempted call back/did notify Sierra County/since it was on the county line they would also have a unit en route. Caller called back advising they have two people in their truck from the wreck heading southwest.

Reckless driver
S. Highway 90/Tyrone
Black Chevy all over the road. SCPD officer made contact with vehicle.

Loud music
Mountain View Drive
Caller advising the neighbors are playing loud music again/it kept them up last night. Deputy spoke with caller advising if they play loud music between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. LE cannot do anything about it, but if the loud music is between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. deputies could respond and take action.

Breaking and entering
Powderhorn Ridge Road – Upper Mimbres
A male and female are inside the house taking stuff. Deputy advised out on foot/no address/a couple of houses up.

Tuesday, Aug. 25

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 138 (3 miles west of Highway 61 junction)
Black 2017 GMC Terrain swerving left and right/oncoming traffic had to move. Deputy out with NMSP at Hurley turnoff.

Burglary
Realta Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised that her ex-husband went into her home and took her son’s gun/caller’s daughter was home when the male went into the house.

Larceny
Bobwhite Drive
Stolen package/FedEx said it was delivered.

Criminal damage to property
Rio de Arenas Road – Arenas Valley
Daughter broke in and caused damage and let three pit bulls loose in the house. Deputy was advised.

Suspicious vehicle
Truck Bypass/Boston Hill
Deputy advised subject stated they were out at the nets and will be leaving shortly/everything is okay.

Wednesday, Aug. 26

Loud music
Mountain View Drive
Deputy advised will be clear/asked the subject to turn it down for the night/music was barely audible from sidewalk.

Disturbance
Iron Bridge and Black Mountain roads – 9:48 a.m.
Caller said a named male won’t leave her alone/could hear male yelling in the background/caller disconnected. Deputy had contact advising parties are separated/male dropped off at his vehicle on Lobo Drive. Caller called back advising the male is just outside the Lobo Drive gate and causing problems.

Fraud/embezzlement
Roadrunner Lane
Walk-in to SCPD advised she was scammed by “Mega Millions Lottery”/she sent them $6,000/company told her she won a Mercedes and $1 million but to send $35,000/Walk-in en route to GCSO.

Harassment
Lobo Drive – 6:22 p.m.
Advised that a named male is standing at the edge of the property and has been there off and on all day/he is lying in the middle of the road at this time. Deputy advised male left prior to arrival.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Rolling domestic at this time. Dispatch lost contact with caller. Deputy made contact with caller.

Harassment
Railroad Drive
Caller advised that his neighbor called him and threatened him/the neighbor does have a mental issue. Deputy made contact with caller who advised the neighbor was using his water outside of his residence.

Suicide threat
2743 Highway 35
No report.

Welfare check
Aztec/Elguiea – Hurley
Caller stated was approached by a female and asked to call an ambulance/unknown what was going on. Deputy had contact with caller and female advising everything is okay. Female was looking for a place to stay.

Thursday, Aug. 27

Suspicious vehicle
Mahogany Drive
Female driver in a grey car. Deputy had contact advising the female was a census worker.

Unwanted subject
Filaree Road
Caller advised that a named male is outside and she wants him to leave/he kicked a baby the last time/caller is alone with her 14-year-old daughter. Deputy advised in regards to property.

Burglary
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised trailer, semi truck, and well house were broken into/TV and VCR were taken.

Welfare check
Oakwood Avenue
Caller advised teacher stated a 6-year-old child staying with father was not in school today/he has a restraining order with the father. Deputy advised child is okay/unit clear.
