The Fort Bayard Historic Preservation Society is pleased to announce the resumption of guided outdoor tours of the historic fort and hospital grounds, effective Saturday, September 12.

Tours are available starting at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday, with the last tour of the day commencing at 1 p.m. Guests are asked to wear face masks and practice social distancing during the tour. Tours will begin in front of the Fort Bayard Museum, located along the west side of the historic parade ground. Due to ongoing construction, the museum will not be open for visitation until further notice. There is no charge for the tours, but donations are accepted.
