Accident-property damage
Maple Street
Caller advised a white Honda Pilot hit her parked vehicle.

Tuesday, Sept. 15

Disturbance
N. East Street
Caller advised she and her mother are having a disagreement/caller advised her daughter is overmedicated and causing problems. Could hear females begin to argue and caller disconnected/females are now yelling at each other. Officer advised units clear.

Hurley Police Department

Monday, Sept. 14

Unwanted subject
D Street – 2:27 p.m.
Caller advised several named individuals are trying to break into his house/they are at the back door now. Officer made contact with caller/second party left prior to arrival/everything is okay. Caller called back advising the subjects returned as soon as the officer left/they are trying to get in through the windows now.

Welfare check
D Street – 6:23 p.m.
Caller advised someone is trying to break into his house/he believes it is his landlord. Officer made contact with caller and a named male was in his apartment/the male admitted to breaking the window. Both parties were advised to stay in their homes and not communicate. Officer heard there was an eviction.

Wednesday, Sept. 16

Driving while intoxicated
Highway 180 – MM 128 (1 mile south of Hurley)
Officer advised will be following the vehicle to observe some driving.

Monday, Sept. 14

Intoxicated driver
S. Cleveland and W. Maginn streets
Officer advised subject passed out in the roadway/negative on a drunk driver.

Tuesday, Sept. 15

Reckless driver
Highways 152 and 180
Vehicle almost rear-ended caller then the male driver started flipping caller off. G&F officer made contact at the same time a deputy did/Deputy went traffic with a vehicle with California plates.

Wednesday, Sept. 16

Accident-injuries
Highway 180 @ shooting range
Car hit the side rail/female/driver not responsive/air bags did deploy. Santa Clara Fire Department has one unit en route. EMS1 advised unseatbelted/trauma to face, unresponsive/launch Native Air to scene. ETA 32 minutes for Native 30. Caller called back advising she had to leave/didn’t want her kids at scene.

Criminal damage to property
S. James Street
Caller advising someone just threw a rock through her kitchen window. Officer advised ETA 10 minutes/clear.

Welfare check
W. Encino and N. Prescott streets
A named male has a saw and drug paraphernalia in his hand. Officer advised everything is okay/clear.

Welfare check
W. Encino and N. Hutchinson streets
A named individual en route to residence to retrieve possibly stolen property. Officer out at a Prescott Street address/made contact with owner of property who released property to a named individual/victim doesn’t want to press charges/units clear.

Thursday, Sept. 17

Disturbance
500 S. Prescott Street
Officer advised one adult male in unit en route to Silver City.

Accident-injuries
11988 Highway 180
Caller advised an accident occurred in front of Dollar General/white Ford vs black GMC/occurred on the highway/female bleeding from the mouth/airbags did deploy. Officer advised airbags deployed in both vehicles/requested ambulance.

Domestic disturbance
Manhattan Park Drive
Caller advised that her 27-year-old son is causing problems/not physical at this time.
