Silver City author, Lynne Zotalis, shares news of her latest publication, Hippie at Heart (What I Used To Be, I Still Am):

Finding true love, your soul mate, during the late 60s and 70s amidst the drug deluge and sexual revolution was a phenomenal achievement. In Hippie at Heart (What I Used To Be, I Still Am) Nick and Anne's life of family and friendship, loyalty and devotion turns nightmarish when tragedy strikes during an idyllic Mexican vacation the day after their 30th wedding anniversary. Weaving through the mystery of her husband's bizarre death, spending thousands of dollars fighting the venal Mexican authorities, this powerfully poignant story of survival is armored with the tenacity and strength of the human spirit.

As mother of four adult children and four granddaughters, work outside the home included floral design and a life-long writing avocation.

Now with many works published, Lynne's Amazon author page details the specifics. Hippie at Heart (What I Used To Be, I Still Am) is her latest book in the creative nonfiction genre. She has contributed short stories and poems to numerous anthologies and poetry compilations.

Recently transplanted from the Midwest to the Southwest, loving the mountains and camaraderie of the writing community, Lynne is relishing the next season of life. This philosophy; 'it's never too late to be who you might have been,' fits in wonderfully with the creative expression of this artistic community.

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined."
