Caller advised that her 30-year-old daughter called her advising that something bad is going to happen/caller went to see her daughter and she is possibly in narcotics. Officer advised units clear/it was a verbal domestic.

Caller advised that her sister is acting weird and is possibly under the influence/sister wanted to commit suicide. Officer made contact with all parties/everything is okay/units clear/advised both her mom and sister there were no grounds to place her in protective custody and her warrants were for traffic . . .

Officer made contact with Joshua Ybarra inside the Tractor Supply store and issued him a CTW/did not observe any impairments in reference to him being reported as a reckless driver.

Caller advised that a red truck clipped a deer/it is on the shoulder still alive but it is dying. Officer advised one shot fired/Game and Fish notified.

Caller advised her neighbor’s door has been open since Friday/has not seen anyone in or out of apartment. Officers made contact with resident who advised he leaves the door open because the AC unit is broken/everything is okay.

Caller from Statewide Central Intake advised tip was received about the parents of 5 and 10-year-old children using and cooking meth/parents lock the children in a room and don’t let them out/5-year-old made a statement that mom hits him. Officer advised did knock several times/no one is coming to the door.

Caller advised that a male just hit him/the male had a gun/he punched caller in the head/male never pulled gun but had it in his pocket. Officer had contact with caller.

Caller advised a male is yelling outside/possible narcotics. Officer had negative contact with anything in the area/unit clear.

The manager of McDonald’s advised a lady took an object off the counter and threw it at him/she is still in the store stomping around in the lobby. Officer made contact with the female.

Older male across the street from the courthouse standing on the corner and seems confused. Officer had negative contact/clear.

Caller advised a customer in a gray Kia Soul left the store after taking $94 of merchandise. Second caller advised the vehicle from the shoplifting is behind his house on Vicky Place. Officer en route to Vicky Place.

Caller advised a child who rides his bike around her house harasses her and her dogs and threatens to stab her and her dog/child is not on scene/he lives down the street. Officer on scene.

Caller advised that a named male is riding around on his bike calling caller names. Caller advised he told LE last time if the male continues to harass him he will kill him. Caller was advised to let LE handle it. Officer made contact with caller who advised the named male just went past his house twice and was yelling racial slurs.

Thursday, Sept. 24

Caller advised she will be on the couch waiting for the ambulance. When asked why she needs an ambulance caller advised she did not need an ambulance. Asked caller what the nature of her call was tonight. She advised she does not have one and will make sure the lock box works then take pain medication. Female was not making sense. EMS1/patient refusal.

Caller believes they heard a gun shot/a truck is leaving headed toward Pinos Altos.

Caller can hear arguing. Officers on scene did not observe anybody/no one came to the door.

16-year-old male is out of control. Caller advised the male threw a laptop at his head and they got into a physical altercation/the male is now in his room tearing stuff up and hitting stuff/grandma and 12-year-old daughter are in the house.

Caller advised that one of the Trump signs in front of Dr. Van Dran’s office was damaged.

Caller advised a panhandler is outside their property every day trying to get money from people/he has a big sombrero hat and a guitar. Second caller advised two girls standing outside near Little Caesar’s/one was playing the violin the other sitting there/they were approached by an older gentleman and looked scared. Officer advised the male left upon request/will be clear.

A named male is inside the store and left toward O’Reilly’s. Officer has contact with Fabien Amaro by Mirastar and re-issued him a CTW and possibly a shoplifting complaint/they will check the cameras and get back at a later time.
