Neighbor possibly hit fence and gas meter/blue Tundra leaving toward post office. Per GCSO vehicle is a blue Chevy Colorado. Officer advised units clear/will wait for additional info.

McKee Street
Male on Fahey is causing problems for workers/he is being aggressive or physical with them/preventing them from running their equipment. Officer had contact advising male is intoxicated and verbally aggressive/will be standing by for a while.

Advising it looks like someone is passed out in the front seat. Officer had negative contact.

N. Railroad and Vanadium streets
Male was not making any sense and would not give any info/just wanted to speak with state police. A state police officer advised the male that he was at the Bayard Police Department. Officer had contact with male at Tom Foy and Steyskal/en route to Shortstop on Kirkland.

Caller advised that her dad is outside yelling/it’s an ongoing issue. Officer advised will be clear.

A named male and a named female just stole a 2002 black Hyundai Sonata. Officer advised ATL given out county-wide.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Someone is hitting a red Ford Mustang with bats/the people doing it are driving a white Chevy truck full of wood.

Caller advised kids are in her yard and there is some kind of disturbance up the road/her husband is outside talking with the kids. Officer advised if county could assist. Deputy clear from scene/kids finally left/reports of weapons fired was a truck that backfired really bad/made contact with driver.

Caller advised he and his girlfriend are having an argument and she just took the child out of his hands and went inside/she also has his phone/caller used neighbor’s phone. Caller was instructed to stay outside until an officer arrives. Officer advised all verbal and the male left for the night.

Caller advised the gate to her yard has been broken and her dog, a husky, is missing. Deputy en route to Highway 180 to see if the dead dog on the highway is caller’s. Officer had contact with caller and told her the dead dog on the highway was a husky.

Caller advised a named male just broke in/he has now left. Officers made contact.

Caller advised a named male tried to break the window to her vehicle/he threw a skateboard at it. Deputy made contact with caller/negative property damage and caller does not know . . .

The male is back and kicking her truck/caller is inside her trailer/caller does have court papers showing the male has to stay on Romero Avenue with his parents/he should not be around her/she wants to file a DVO on the male tomorrow morning. Deputy had negative contact with male.

Arizona Street – 4 a.m.
Caller advised her son is threatening to hit them and is calling them names/he is Schizophrenic. Can hear male cussing at caller. Caller advised her husband is disabled and cannot move and she has to protect him.

Cortez Avenue – 10:43 a.m.
Caller just woke up to the male in her trailer/he just took off running. Officer behind the residence.

Caller advised he heard his son yelling outside/his friend is also there/male was attempting to go into the house. Officer made contact with male at a Cortez Avenue address/male stated he was walking in the alley when a dog started to chase him and he ran into house.

47-year-old son is threatening to hurt caller and her husband/son is in the back yard. Deputy advised it was a verbal dispute/male will be staying at his cousin’s for the night.

Arizona Avenue – 12 midnight
Caller advised that the neighbor’s son threw a rock through the window and left in a dark blue SUV headed toward Carrasco. Santa Clara PD officer had contact with the vehicle at the RDA Valley Trailer Park/also made contact with the male/he was . . .

Advised a named male in his 60s is making threats through text about hanging himself. Caller is in Deming.

Caller advised she had a missed call from a named female at 12:40 p.m. and has been trying to call her back but she’s not answering the phone. Deputy made contact with the female/she is okay/will call her daughter right now.

Caller advised a female is crying outside saying, “I can’t do this anymore”. Deputy had negative contact with anyone outside or in the area.
