Bayard Police Department

Domestic disturbance
Erie Street
Caller advised that her husband is being mean to her. Male in background advising that the female was 'having an episode.' Female was crying/line was disconnected. Officer advised units will be clear/male left on his own.

Aggravated battery
Blackhawk Street
Caller advised her husband grabbed a weapon and shot at her three times/happened 10 minutes ago/he is intoxicated and left in a red Ford Explorer. Caller advised he hit her in the face with his hand.

Criminal damage to property
1001 Central Avenue
Three kids throwing rocks at cars driving by and at buildings. Officer talked with subjects in the area/negative contact with any juveniles.

Disturbance
Blackhawk Street
Female is screaming and a male is arguing with a female/an incident occurred at that location the other day and cops know the situation. Officer is at the location advising everything is okay/female is claiming nothing . . .

Welfare check
Lusk Street
Advised a named male is sitting outside in his car/he is upset about an ex-girlfriend. Officer advised clear/male calmed down and went back inside.

Unwanted subject
D Street
Caller advised that a named female and a named male are staying in the guest house and are now knocking on the windows and threatening to break into his house. Deputy made contact with both parties and advised them this is a civil issue.

DV order violation
Cortez Avenue
A named male is at the house/they are arguing/she keeps telling him to leave. The female just said don't come at me (named male). Caller disconnected when officer knocked on the door. Officer en route to station.

Welfare check
Monte Vista Street – North Hurley
Last spoke to her 85-year-old aunt on Thanksgiving/she has not answered any of caller's phone calls. Officer made contact with aunt and she is okay/she does not have a phone right now.

Accident-injuries
Cortez Avenue
Advised a woman who was staying in Room 115 drove her car into the room/the vehicle went completely through the wall and is now in the room/the female was injured in her room/she does have blood on her face but is refusing medical attention/she did back the vehicle out of the building/vehicle is a gray Toyota Corolla.

Officer advised that the named male was gone before LE arrived.

Welfare check
S. Prescott Street – 2:42 p.m.
Advised people are possibly inside his trailer at this time. Officer made contact with caller/everything is okay.

Unwanted subject
Manhattan Park Drive – 7:57 p.m.
Advised there is a named male in his yard and he is threatening to beat caller up/he advised caller to tell LE that he has a gun on caller/unknown if he is really armed or not/he broke his TV and was throwing things at his mom. Deputy on scene.

S. Prescott Street – 8:23 a.m.
Caller advised that her boyfriend is trying to leave the property/there are people inside and he doesn't want to be there. Caller advised there is no one on the property/male is not being violent or anything like that either.

Manhattan Park Drive – 5:42 p.m.
Caller advised that a named male wants to get his belongings from that address/he is not causing problems/he was just banging on the door trying to get inside the residence. Caller called back advising the male left the property already.

Accident-injuries
11988 Highway 180
White Ford 4dr vs another vehicle/both need towed. Request additional units for traffic control. Request ambulance for adult male conscious/complaining of rib pain/ambulance en route. EMS2 advised to put Native Air on standby at base.

W. Cottonwood Street
Advised that his cousin is arguing with the neighbor. Officer advised of call/arrived on scene/negative contact. Caller called back with new address and can still hear his cousin yelling up by the water tanks.
