Caller advised a truck with the business name of Tree Incorp. is at the stop sign with no one around it. They are broke down waiting for the tow truck that is already en route/they do have flashers on.

Caller advised he gave a $200 deposit for a utility trailer to a named male/he gave the money before Christmas and the male refuses to give the trailer but stated to give the deposit back . . .

Neighbor across the street asked her to call for LE/caller advised she was outside when she heard the female yelling for help/it is now quiet/female is possibly sitting in one of the vehicles.

Caller advised that his aunt told him that his 23-year-old son had OD'd/has been trying to call him since yesterday but he is not answering his phone. Officer advised called caller/son was transported to Mesilla Valley last night and to call that hospital/no further information.

Caller from Farmington advised her sister lives in Silver/caller has her sister on the phone/sister is advising that her fiancé is beating her. Caller spoke to her sister again who advised the male left/she had to go/sister hung up the phone. Officer advised this house has been vacant for two months now.

Caller advised that a named female hit her two nights ago. Officer made contact with caller.

Caller advised his son has his stimulus check and is refusing to give it to him/he received texts stating he gave the money to his wife/caller advised he will wait in the lobby.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised someone possibly hit her vehicle with a baseball bat/she was unable to use or start her vehicle.

Caller advised the small girl down the street keeps harassing her niece/the girl is on probation/unknown for what/caller advised she is tired of dealing with this little girl. Officer out at a Plata Road address.

Same caller as previous advised a named female in a green car with blue lights pulled out a gun on her/the gun has a laser on it and the laser was pointed at her. Deputy advised negative contact with vehicle on Ridge Road/will be en route to address on Bobwhite.

Caller requested to speak to an officer in reference to people who are hiding in her apartment. Officer advised that the female is refusing medical.

There is a young male at the store who is very confused/he is requesting a ride to his grandma's house/unknown location. Officer advised made contact with the male/father just advised son walked away from the residence on E. 20th Street.

Caller advised that a female went to his RV asking for help/did not specify what was wrong/she did walk back to her trailer. Officers advised physical domestic occurred/going to need county/advised county on scene/officer standing by.

Caller advised in a white Chevy pickup a female is screaming and a male is on top of her/male trying to get into the vehicle at this time.

Criminal trespass warning
S. Arizona Street
Caller said subjects driving a black Chevy car were trespassing on her property/this has been going on for a few weeks/they are using her property to drive through to get to another property. Officers issued Elena Montes and Estrella Gonzales indefinite CTWs to the address.

Caller advised his daughter is causing issues there and his wife is there. Officer advised units clear/everything is okay.

Caller wants a CTW issued to the subject who plays the guitar outside their door/wants to speak with an officer about issuing the indefinite CTW, but he is not on scene at this time.

Caller advised her 24-year-old nephew lives with caller's 85-year-old mother and he is a drug addict and is known to have violent fits. Caller advised she has been calling and calling her mother and she wouldn't answer/the male had the phone the whole time and she could hear the male yelling/he threatened to kill caller and the mother.
