Reckless driver
Ridge Road @ GCDC
Vehicle has been going about 15 mph under the speed limit/cannot maintain lanes as well/vehicle turned down Partridge Drive. Deputy advised en route to ATL the vehicle.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 – MM 22 (1 mile north of Continental Divide)
Walmart CMV swerving/driver possibly falling sleep. Deputy went traffic with Walmart CMV/driver is okay/he pulled to the side to allow car to pass ref tailgating.

Unattended death
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Advised that father doesn't have any pulse/he received a COVID vaccine two days ago on Wednesday/CPR in progress/he is warm to the touch. Deputy advised on scene doing chest compressions/older male on his back/no pulse/now turning blue.

Welfare check
Highway 15 and Sanctuary Road
Caller advised that her 46-year-old mother is on a camping trip for the next two weeks/she was in Arizona and then came through New Mexico/hasn't had contact with her since 4 p.m. yesterday.

Shasta Street
Across from J&J Signs. Deputies made contact with owner and they were playing music in the back yard but they are turning it off for the night.

Domestic disturbance
Sundown Trail – White Signal
Caller advised her son and wife are out in White Signal fighting/the daughter-in-law called to advise caller they are fighting and caller can hear the kids yelling. Deputies out at address/made contact with a named female.

Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
A named female is causing problems and caller wants her out of the house/caller advised she is going to give her a ride to Silver. Can hear female in the background arguing and stating it is cold outside. Deputies en route/made contact with caller.

Larceny
Alamo Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a gocart was stolen from his yard sometime this morning. Deputy advised will ATL the gocart in surrounding areas.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 106 (4 miles west of Truck Bypass junction)
Vehicle is unoccupied and out of the roadway.

Welfare check
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
80-year-old diabetic/reverse lookup of address shows ambulance was sent to this address yesterday. Caller advising they normally speak to him daily but he is not answering his phone. Deputy made contact with male and he was advised to call his sister.

Chukar Drive
Caller advised when she took shoes to her son at his father's, the three children, ages 3, 5, and 6-years-old, came out and smelled like marijuana. Deputy spoke to father/he is smoking (has a medical card)/he was advised to not do it around the children. Deputy and caller were having trouble contacting each other.

Criminal trespass
Highway 152 – MM 12 (1 mile west of double 'S' curves)
Caller advised people are on his property in an orange pickup/they are the same ones who have been on his property before and told not to come back. Caller called back advising subjects left toward Hanover. Deputies went traffic with vehicle on Highway 152/Chivas Road and they were advised to get the vehicle off the roadway.

Suspicious vehicle
3796 Highway 15
Couple in a blue Chevy SUV from Arizona (using drugs) in the bathroom. Caller just kicked them out of there and this is the second day in a row. Deputy checked driver's licenses.

Weapons fired
RT Drive – Buckhorn
Caller advised she heard one shot and it scared her horse and he took off from the property. Advised she was involved in an assault in Arenas Valley and caller believes it's possibly the other party from the assault or one of the neighbors. Deputy spoke with caller who stated she believes someone shot at her around 6 p.m. today. She stated she was standing near the house next to the gate to the pasture on . . .

Missing persons
Rio de Arenas Road – Arenas Valley – 6:50 p.m.
Caller advised her two sons, ages 7 and 12-years-old, were playing in the yard and thought they saw a 4-year-old son come inside/they checked the neighbor's house and he wasn't there/she hasn't seen anyone unusual in the area.
